Your region preference is used on certain parts of Etsy to show you relevant items while you shop. For example, it’s used to automatically show items that ship to you when you search on Etsy.
To update your region:
- Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
- Choose Account settings.
- In the Account tab, go to Region.
- Select your location in the dropdown menu.
- Choose Save settings.
You can also change your preferred region, currency, and language at the bottom of any page on Etsy.com.
If you're using the Etsy app, your device's region settings determine the app's settings.
As a buyer, how does my region affect the items I see on Etsy?
While we use your region preference to show you location-based content on certain parts of the Etsy, it doesn’t limit what you can see while browsing for items. You can view all items on Etsy no matter where the item is located or what you've selected for your region preference.
As a seller, how does my region affect my shop visibility on Etsy?
If you sell on Etsy, your account region doesn’t determine in what region or countries your shop can be seen. Learn how to set your shop location to appear in local searches.
