Coming soon: We’re redesigning your Payment account to show your payments received and fees owed in the same place. Find out what’s changing
As of 31st May 2017, all sellers in eligible countries must be enrolled in Etsy Payments (formerly known as Direct Checkout). If you accepted Direct Checkout in your shop, you were automatically enrolled in the new Etsy Payments.
Etsy Payments is the primary way to get paid on Etsy and allows you to offer multiple payment options to your buyers. Learn more about Etsy Payments here.
Be sure to read over the payment processing fee structure for Etsy Payments. If you accepted payments via Direct Checkout in the past, there were no changes to these fees with Etsy Payments.

You can also accept PayPal purchases directly through Etsy Payments. When a buyer purchases using PayPal, the funds from the sale go into your payment account. To learn more about using PayPal integrated with Etsy Payments, take a look at this Help article.
Please note that if you use integrated PayPal, you’ll only be charged Etsy Payments fees - not PayPal fees - for all transactions. Keep in mind that any payment processing fees, whether they are from PayPal or Etsy Payments, are additional to Etsy's 3.5% transaction fee.

How do I know I'm enrolled?
Go to Shop Manager > Finances > Payment settings and, if you're enrolled, you'll see "Etsy Payments" in the Payment Methods tab.
How you’ll be paid
When an order is placed in your shop, the funds are added to your payment account. They’re held securely on your behalf so you can feel free to ship the item.
Three days after a sale, the funds will become available for deposit. We’ll disburse your funds according to the schedule you’ve selected in your payment settings.
After a deposit is sent out, the funds will likely reach your account by the next business day. However, depending on your bank, it could take up to a few business days to appear in your bank account.
