These articles address some of the frequently asked questions about paying your monthly bill on Etsy.
If you have the Sell on Etsy app, you can pay your bill and manage your payment account from the Finances section.
Pay your Etsy bill
The balance on your Etsy bill is due on the 1st of the month, but you can pay it up until the 15th.
If your Etsy bill becomes past due, your account may be subject to limited privileges and eventual account suspension. Learn more here.
Failed AutoBilling Charge
If your account is restricted due to a failed AutoBilling charge, you’ll need to check your billing card on file and manually pay your total outstanding statement balance to restore your account.

- Select to pay your Outstanding Balance and choose your payment method
- Click Submit payment
Breakdown of Etsy fees on your bill
To view a list of all Etsy fees incurred and payments made, go to Shop Manager > Finances > Your bill.
Change your credit or debit card on file
Edit or add a new credit or debit card by going to Shop Manager > Finances > Payment settings > Billing.
Make sure your credit card information is up to date and accurate. Check these options if your card is declined while paying your bill.
