You can manage your Pattern subscription status and view your Pattern bill in the Settings tab of your Pattern dashboard.
How can I see my Pattern billing information?
To view your Pattern billing information:
- Sign in to Etsy.com from a non-mobile device.
- Go to Shop Manager.
- Under Sales Channels, choose Pattern.
- Select Settings.
- Select Billing.
The Billing section shows your current Pattern bill, how much you’re paying for Pattern, and the date of your next Pattern bill.

How can I cancel my Pattern subscription?
To cancel your Pattern subscription:
- Sign in to Etsy.com from a non-mobile device.
- Go to Shop Manager.
- Under Sales Channels, choose Pattern.
- Select Settings.
- Select Cancel your Pattern site.
- Fill out the brief survey and then select Cancel Pattern.
If you cancel your site at any time during the month, you'll still be responsible for paying the full subscription fee for that month.
Your site will remain active until the end of the month you've already paid for. To disable it immediately, select Deactivate my site now after you've cancelled.
If you choose to leave your site up until the end of the month, the site remains live until the last day of the month and then is automatically taken down.
