Here are some of the most common reasons why an item listing might "disappear" from your shop:
- Your listing expired. Keep in mind that a listing stays active for four months. If your listing doesn't sell during that time, and it isn't set up to automatically renew, it expires. To find your expired listing, go to Shop Manager > Listings and select Expired under Listing status. When you list a new item, it's set to automatically renew as the default. If you prefer, you can select Manual as your renewal setting while creating, editing, or renewing a listing, or selecting multiple listings and choosing "Editing Options". - It's possible you deactivated the listing. Double check your inactive items by going to Shop Manager > Listings and Inactive under Listing status.
- The item sold out. Find it under Shop Manager > Orders & Delivery. Learn more about renewing sold listings.
- Etsy may have removed the listing for violating site policy. Check your email inbox for a message from Etsy. Then, contact Etsy for help by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.
