Can I Run More Than One Shop on Etsy?

Quick answer

To run more than one shop, create a new Etsy account with a different email address, and open a new shop on the new account.

You’re welcome to run multiple shops at once on Etsy.

You will need:

  • A separate Etsy account for each shop
  • A separate email address on file with each account

  1. On, choose Your account.
  2. Select Sign out.
  3. Select Sign in.
  4. Choose Register.
  5. Enter an email address not associated with another Etsy shop, enter your name, and create a password. Select Register.
  6. Follow the steps to open your shop.

Be sure to accurately represent your businesses and make sure that each account complies with Etsy's Seller Policy.

Keep track of what email and password you use for each account and shop. If you have trouble finding your order or sales history in your account, you might be signed in to the wrong account. Here’s how to sign in and out of Etsy.

Can I use the same credit card or bank information as my other shop?

Yes, you can use the same credit card for seller registration as well as the same bank account if you sign up for Etsy Payments.

You must use the same taxpayer ID and address when applicable. Learn how to update your taxpayer ID.

Can I use the same email address as my other Etsy shop?

No, to open a second shop on Etsy, you'll need to register for a new account with another email address. This is because each Etsy account can only have one shop and one email address at a time.

You can change your email address on an Etsy account to free it up for use on another account. Learn how.

Can I use the same web browser for both of my Etsy shops?

Most browsers won't allow you to be signed in to multiple Etsy accounts at one time. For this reason, it may help to use different browsers for each account. That way you don't have to keep signing out and signing back in.

Can I combine or transfer info from one shop to another?

No, we don’t have a way to move shop info from one account to another or combine shops on one account.
