Ask the seller

For questions about items or delivery, contact the seller:

  1. On a listing page, select Message Seller under the listing title.
  2. If you aren’t already signed in to your Etsy account, you’ll be prompted to sign in.
  3. Type your question into the text box.
  4. Select Send. The seller is notified of the new message and can respond.

I need an item quickly

If you find an item you want to purchase on Etsy, check the Delivery & returns section on the right side of the listing page. You’ll see either:

  • Ready to dispatch in: How many days it’ll take the seller to prepare your order to be ready to dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery date: When your order should arrive at your address.

When you search for items on Etsy, specify that you’re looking for items that will be sent quickly:

  1. On Etsy, search for something in the search bar.
  2. Under Delivery on the left of the page, select Ready to dispatch in 1 business day or Ready to dispatch within 3 business days. This shows you only items with short processing times.

Is buying on Etsy safe? 

You can shop confidently with Etsy's Purchase Protection programme. For qualifying orders, get a full refund if your purchase doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the item description or photos.
