For questions about items or delivery, contact the seller:
- On a listing page, click Message Seller under the listing title.
- If you aren’t already signed in to your Etsy account, you’ll be prompted to sign in.
- Type your question into the textbox.
- Click Send. The seller will be notified of the new Conversation and can respond.
Have an issue that the seller can't help you with? Contact Etsy Support over chat, phone, or email.
You need to sign in to your Etsy account to contact Etsy Support over email or phone. I'm having trouble signing in.
I need an item quickly
If you find an item you want to order on Etsy.com, check the Delivery & returns section on the right side of the listing page. You’ll see either:
- Ready to dispatch in: How many days it’ll take the seller to prepare your order to be ready to dispatch.
- Estimated delivery date: When your order should arrive at your address.
If you’re searching for items on Etsy.com, you can specify that you’re looking for items that will dispatch quickly:
- On Etsy.com, search for something in the search bar.
- Under Delivery on the left of the page, select Ready to dispatch in 1 business day or Ready to dispatch within 3 business days. This shows you only items with short processing times.
