On Etsy.com:
- Sign in to your Etsy account if you haven't already, or create an account.
- On a listing page, select Message Seller.
- Type your message into the text box.
- After you Send your message, the seller will be notified and can respond.
On the Etsy app:
- Sign in to your Etsy account if you haven't already, or create an account.
- On a listing, tap the message icon on the listing photo.
- Type your question into the text box.
- After you Send your message, the seller will be notified and can respond.
I need an item quickly
If you find an item you want to purchase on Etsy, check the Delivery & returns section on the right side of the listing page. You’ll see either:
- Ready to dispatch in: How many days it’ll take the seller to prepare your order to be ready to dispatch.
- Estimated delivery date: When your order should arrive at your address.
When you search for items on Etsy, specify that you’re looking for items that will be sent quickly:
- On Etsy, search for something in the search bar.
- Under Delivery on the left of the page, select Ready to dispatch in 1 business day or Ready to dispatch within 3 business days. This shows you only items with short processing times.
