For questions about items or delivery, contact the seller. 

On Etsy.com:

1. Sign in to your Etsy account if you haven't already, or create an account.
2. On a listing page, select Message Seller.
3. Type your message into the text box.
4. After you Send your message, the seller will be notified and can respond.

On the Etsy app: 

1. Sign in to your Etsy account if you haven't already, or create an account.
2. On a listing, tap the message icon on the listing photo. 
3. Type your question into the text box.
4. After you Send your message, the seller will be notified and can respond.

I need an item quickly

If you find an item you want to purchase on Etsy, check the Delivery & returns section on the right side of the listing page. You’ll see either:

• Ready to dispatch in: How many days it’ll take the seller to prepare your order to be ready to dispatch.
• Estimated delivery date: When your order should arrive at your address.

When you search for items on Etsy, specify that you’re looking for items that will be sent quickly:

1. On Etsy, search for something in the search bar.
2. Under Delivery on the left of the page, select Ready to dispatch in 1 business day or Ready to dispatch within 3 business days. This shows you only items with short processing times.
