To reopen a closed account on Etsy, click Reopen your account and enter the email address associated with the closed account:
You'll receive an email from Etsy with a link to reopen your account. Click the link to reopen your account.
If you don't receive the email:
- Check your spam or junk mail. If you're using Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.
- If you don’t find the email, add support (at) etsy.com to your safe list or contacts to prevent our emails from being filtered out.
- Enter your email address in the form again.
If your account was suspended by Etsy
Check your email inbox for a notice about your account suspension. If you’re unable to locate an email about your suspended account, check your spam or junk mail. You can search for common addresses our notices are sent from:
Respond directly to the email you received.
If you can’t find a relevant email, or the email you received is from firstname.lastname@example.org, get in touch with Etsy Support by clicking Contact support at the bottom of this page.

If you closed your Etsy shop, you can reopen it. All your information will be exactly as you left it.
If your shop was suspended, you may have received an email from Etsy letting you know. Respond directly to that email and request that your shop be reopened. If you can't find that email, click I still need help.
