You can edit any part of a listing at any time. There's no cost to edit a listing.
While you're editing, remember that the current version of your listing is still available to shoppers. If you want to hide a listing while making changes, you can temporarily deactivate it.
Certain aspects of your listings can be bulk edited. For editing individual listings, there are three different places you can go:
Edit a listing from your Listings page
When you edit your listing through the thumbnail photo or gear menu, you can edit every part of the listing, including the description.
- Sign in to Etsy.com.
- Click Shop Manager.
- Click Listings.
- On the listing you'd like to change, click the thumbnail photo or select Edit from the gear menu.
If you've got a lot of listings to go through, try searching within your listings using the Search your listings field at the top of the page.
Edit a listing from your public shop page
When you access your listing tools through the public shop page, you can edit every part of the listing, including the description.
- Sign in to Etsy.com.
- On your public shop homepage, click the listing you'd like to edit.
- At the top of the listing page, click Listing Tools.
- Click Edit.
Edit a listing from the Quick Edit feature in Shop Manager
Using Quick Edit in Shop Manager, you can edit the title, section, price, quantity, shipping profile, and tags.
- Sign in to Etsy.com.
- Click Shop Manager.
- Click Listings.
- Choose which section your listing is under (such as Active or Draft) or use the search bar to find it.
- Click Quick Edit at the top of the page.
Quick Edit won’t work on listings with variations on price or quantity. If you have added domestic & global pricing to your listing, only the Everywhere else price can be changed with Quick Edit. To change listings with variations on price or quantity, or a domestic & global price, edit your listings individually.
