On March 19, the option to charge handling and package fees was removed. If you use calculated shipping, you won’t be able to add these fees as part of your shipping prices. To account for these costs consider moving them into your listing prices while keeping the total price the same. This keeps the profit you make on your item the same while helping better meet buyer expectations.
These changes only apply to sellers using calculated shipping. Your handling and package fees will be removed automatically, so you won’t need to remove them yourself.

How can I find my shipping profiles that have handling or package fees?
In the Shipping profiles section of your Shipping settings, you’ll see a banner showing how many of your shipping profiles have handling fees. Affected shipping profiles will have a bell icon next to them displayed until March 3rd, showing the amount of fees that you’ll no longer be able to charge.
To view this on the Etsy Seller app, select the More tab, then choose Shipping.

How do I adjust the prices of my shipping profiles with handling and package fees?
In Listings, filter for listings that use one of your shipping profiles with handling and/or package fees. From here you can adjust the prices of all the listings using that profile. Use Etsy’s earnings calculator to help determine how to price your items to cover your selling expenses.
