You can edit multiple listings at once from your Listings page. Select the listings you want to edit, then select Editing options. You can’t bulk upload new listings, but you can copy listings to save time.
You can edit multiple listings at once using the bulk edit tool. With the bulk edit tool, you can edit most parts of your listings in Shop Manager. Etsy doesn't have a way to bulk upload new listings, but you can create one listing and copy it to save time.
Bulk edit your listings
To edit multiple listings at once:
- Sign in to Etsy.com.
- Go to Shop Manager.
- Go to Listings.
- Check the box next to each listing you’d like to edit. Check the box at the top of the page to select all listings.
- Go to Editing Options.
- Choose an action from the list.
- Make your desired changes, and then select Apply.

You can bulk edit the following elements of your listings:
- Titles
- Tags
- Descriptions
- Prices
- Personalization
- Production partners
- Renewal options
- Shipping profiles
- Section
Copy a listing
Copying creates a brand new listing with all of the info from the copied listing in place. From there, you can tweak and publish.
If your shop isn't open to the public yet
Create your first listing, and then go to the Stock your shop step and click Copy below the item picture.
If your shop is open
To copy an active or sold-out listing:
- Sign in to Etsy.com.
- Go to Shop Manager.
- Go to Listings.
- Find the listing.
- Select Copy from the gear menu.
To copy from one of your public listing pages:
- Sign in to Etsy.com.
- Find the Listing Tools links at the top of your public listing page.
- Select Copy.
After clicking Copy from any of these methods, you'll be taken to what looks like the Edit mode for a listing. This is the copy of your listing and not the original.
Make changes as necessary and click Publish when you're done.
The new listing will have a new URL (web address), no views, and no admirers.
