How to Use Your Dashboard to Manage Your Shop

The dashboard is a quick way for sellers to see important shop info in one convenient place, including shop-specific updates, reminders, and other resources.

Sign in to Etsy.com from your desktop or mobile browser and go to your Shop Manager, and you’ll be on your dashboard.

Shop dashboard sections

Today’s top tasks 

This section shows important items that need your attention from the last 30 days, including: 

  • Orders that need shipping, including any overdue orders
  • Messages that need responding to in a timely manner, like help requests and first messages from new buyers
  • Listings that need renewal, whether they sold out or expired—this excludes vintage, one-of-a-kind, or private listings

Selecting a tab sends you to the relevant section of your Shop manager.

Stats

Here you’ll see stats on your total views, visits, orders, and revenue. Choose a different date range or sales channel from the dropdown menus if you have more than one sales channel. Select View all to see more data.

Orders

This section shows open orders that need to be shipped. Select an item to get to your Orders & Shipping page.

Shop advisor

This tool provides reminders about notable things in your shop that might need attention, such as a listing that's about to expire, an overdue bill, or a new case. You'll also find timely, relevant education and other information to help you run your business more efficiently and effectively.

Resources

Here you’ll find links to a variety of informative Etsy content, such as seasonal trend reports, educational guides, seller spotlights, and more. 

Recent activity

This tab shows your recent shop and item favorites, purchases, and new reviews.
