The Integrations page in your Shop Manager is now called Apps.
You can connect your Etsy shop to third-party apps to help enhance your shop. Use apps to manage your marketing, optimize your listings, organize your bookkeeping, and more.
- Sign in to Etsy.com.
- Choose Shop Manager.
- Choose Apps.
Etsy has partnered with several companies in order to provide services and products for sellers, often at promotional or discounted rates. Look for the “Official partner” badge next to a company’s name on the Apps page.
If you’re having trouble with an app you’ve connected to your shop, please contact the support team of the app developer for troubleshooting assistance.
How to connect an app to your shop
To connect an app to your shop:
- On Etsy.com, go to your Shop Manager.
- Choose Apps.
- In the Browse all tab, choose the app you’re interested in.
- Choose Learn more on the app page to visit the developer’s website.
- Create an account from the developer’s website and follow the steps to connect the app to your Etsy shop.
To use an app, you may need to agree to the developer’s terms and conditions, and may be subject to fees. Be sure to review that developer’s information about the app, including pricing, feature details, and data use, before connecting it to your shop.
Once you’ve connected an app, you’ll see it on the Connected apps tab on the Apps page.
How to disconnect an app
To disconnect an app that you added to your shop:
- Sign in to Etsy.com and go to your Account settings.
- Scroll down and select Apps.
- Select the Connected apps tab.
- Find the app you want to remove and select Revoke.
When you disconnect an app from your shop, the app will no longer have access to your Etsy data going forward. However, they may retain data that they previously received.
To cancel any subscription or automatic payments, or to request account deletion from this service, contact the developer directly.
