This is a known technical issue that Etsy engineers are working to fix.
Some sellers are receiving email notifications asking them to set up billing to complete shop setup after they already added their billing details.
What’s the workaround?
If you added your billing details in the shop set up process, you can ignore the emails about adding your billing information again. Your shop setup should already be complete.
