• On your Stats page

These sales numbers will vary slightly.

Find your sales number in your public shop

To find the sales number in your public shop:

1. On Etsy.com, sign in and click Shop Manager.
2. Click Etsy under Sales Channels to view your public shop.
3. You’ll see # Sales on the left sidebar, which will display your number of sales.

What does the sales number include?

The sales number includes open and completed orders.

What does the sales number not include?

The sales number does not include canceled orders.

How often does my public shop sales number update?

The sales number in your public shop is updated in real time.

To find the number of order on your Stats page:

1. On Etsy.com, sign in and click Shop Manager.
2. Click Stats.
3. You’ll find the orders number under Orders.

2. Click Orders & Shipping.
3. Click the Completed tab.

The number of completed orders is your total number of finished orders, including ones that have been canceled. The completed orders number does not include open orders.
