For questions about items or shipping, contact the seller:
- On a listing page, click Message Seller under the listing title.
- If you aren’t already signed in to your Etsy account, you’ll be prompted to sign in.
- Type your question into the textbox.
- Click Send. The seller will be notified of the new Conversation and can respond.

I need an item quickly
If you find an item you want to order on Etsy.com, check the Shipping & returns section on the right side of the listing page. You’ll see either:
- Ready to ship in: How many days it’ll take the seller to prepare your order to be ready to ship.
- Estimated delivery date: When your order should arrive at your address.
If you’re searching for items on Etsy.com, you can specify that you’re looking for items that will ship quickly:
- On Etsy.com, search for something in the search bar.
- Under Shipping on the left of the page, select Ready to ship in 1 business day or Ready to ship within 3 business days. This shows you only items with short processing times.
