Unfortunately, members in Belarus and Russia are unable to access Etsy.com as of April 4. This is due to expanding sanctions and business restrictions, including multiple payment processors and credit cards ceasing operations.

We’re monitoring the situation closely, but at this time we don’t know when business restrictions will be lifted, or when members in Belarus and Russia will be able to return to Etsy.

If you’ve moved from Belarus or Russia to another country

If your shop was suspended but you recently moved to a country where Etsy Payments is available, you’ll need to open a new shop with a different email address. Learn how to change your email address.

To enroll, have the following required documents ready:

• A government issued ID
• A bank account registered in the Etsy Payments eligible country you moved to
• A bank statement for the bank account you wish to receive payments on

If you aren’t in a country where Etsy Payments is available, you currently aren't able to sell on Etsy. We’re continuing to monitor the situation and will update you as soon as we can.
