The troubleshooting tips below are for files downloaded directly from your Purchases page. If you’re having trouble with a file sent to you via email or third-party hosting, please contact your seller directly for assistance.
First, make sure you have purchased a digital item. If it is a digital download, you should see an "Instant Download" message on the images for the item on the listing page.
- If nothing happens when you click the download links, there may be an issue with your web browser. Disable any add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed or check to see if they need updating. Learn how to manage your add-ons for Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox.
- If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact the seller through Etsy Conversations for further assistance.
- If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Please contact the seller through Etsy Conversations to see what program(s) you may need.

Note: You can't download digital purchases through the Etsy app at this time. To download your digital item, please sign in to Etsy on either your mobile browser or your computer.
