To cancel an order go here and look for a Request Cancellation link.
If you don't see that link, go here and click Contact The Shop to ask the seller directly.
If you need to cancel your order, check the seller's policies and contact your seller for help.
Note: Accepting your request is up to the individual seller. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order.
Click the Policies link at the top of the shop's homepage to get right to their shop policies. Or click the shop policies link in the listing overview on a listing.
To get in touch with the seller:
- Click You > Purchases and reviews.
- Look for the order you want to cancel.
- You may see a Request Cancellation link. This opens a conversation to the seller with an auto-generated message. You can edit as needed before sending.
- If you don't see a Request Cancellation link, click Contact The Shop to the right of your order to open a new conversation.
To request a cancellation this way, you must have an Etsy account. If you checked out as a guest, find the receipt that was emailed to you after purchase. Click the order number, and you'll be taken to Etsy where you'll be prompted to create an account. Then, follow the instructions above.
If you don’t want to create an account, you can contact your seller by replying to the receipt email.
