How do Canada Post refunds and insurance claims work?
If you bought a Canada Post label by accident or no longer need it, you can request a refund for unused, unscanned labels within 15 days of purchase. The option to request a refund is usually available an hour after purchase. After requesting a refund, you will receive an email from Etsy regarding the completion or rejection of your refund request.
