As of September 2020, Etsy reports sales information to tax authorities in Taiwan in compliance with Taiwan regulations.

For Etsy sellers in Taiwan, we’re partnering with Taxamo to deliver VAT invoices via email. Previously, VAT invoices were available for download in the seller’s Payment account.

When will I receive my VAT invoice? 

Sellers will receive their VAT invoices via email from Taxamo on the first of every month.

What information can I find on my VAT invoice? 

For sellers, the invoice will include:

• Seller name and address
• Service fee details
• VAT ID, if provided
• VAT rate
• VAT amount paid
