I don’t see Klarna as an option

There are a few reasons why you may not see the option to pay with Klarna.

First, you need to create an Etsy account or sign in to an existing one before you can check out with Klarna.

Make sure your location, language, and currency are correct by scrolling to the bottom of most Etsy pages. Select the country and currency to change them. Learn how to change your regional preferences.

There are also specific order totals needed to qualify for Klarna installments, so you may need to either adjust your cart or select another payment method.

If your order is within the total requirements for your country and you still don’t see the option to pay with Klarna, one or more shops on the order may not accept Klarna installments as a payment option at this time.

How do I get a refund?

Etsy shops determine their own refund and cancellation policies. If a seller issues you a refund, Klarna will receive that information and issue you the correct portion of the refund.

If you’re having a problem with an order, learn how to report a problem to Etsy.

If the shop has refunded you, but you’re still not seeing the refund, contact Klarna’s Customer Service team.

How do I check my payments and schedule?

Sign in to your Klarna account on the Klarna app or via Klarna's website to check your payment schedule, and contact Klarna’s Customer Service team with further questions.

You can also check your email account for an email from Klarna containing your payment schedule. If you don’t see it, be sure to look in your spam folder or trash history.

A late fee charged by Klarna may apply if a payment is not submitted by a due date set by Klarna.
