How to Use a Third-Party Provider to Ship Your Order

Third-party shipping partners are independent companies you can use for processing and shipping your Etsy orders. They can help with things like managing orders, printing shipping labels, and tracking your inventory.

To provide an improved shipping process—especially for Etsy sellers who may be selling their items across multiple online marketplaces—Etsy has partnered with several shipping partners that are available depending on which country you’re located in and where you are shipping your orders from:

Seller location Available third-party shipping services
Bulgaria A1 Post and Ship Entegra
Canada ShipStation and Chit Chats
France Sendcloud and Packlink
Germany Sendcloud and Billbee
Italy Packlink and Sendcloud
Lithuania Siusk24
Spain Packlink and Sendcloud
Türkiye ShipEntegra
Ukraine Western Bid and SkladUSA
United States Shippo and ShipStation

To manage your shop's apps, which include third-party shipping partners:

  1. Sign in to Etsy.com.
  2. Go to your Shop Manager.
  3. Select Apps.
  4. Choose the Connected apps tab. If you've connected any third-party apps, they'll be listed there.
