When Will I Get My Shipping Label Refund?

If you requested a refund for a shipping label, the shipping provider processes the refund and generally takes 15-30 days to complete.

When the shipping provider reaches a decision, you’ll receive an email from Etsy letting you know. If the refund request is approved, a credit listed as Shipping Label Refund will be added to your Etsy Payment account. If you purchased parcel insurance on Etsy for the label, you will receive a separate credit in your Payment account listed as Shipsurance Parcel Insurance Refund.
